Two requirements (Constitution 2.5.2): be a current paid member, and reach a lifetime score of 60 points.

- King of the Hill1 pt
The most anyone can earn in one season is 12, so it takes at least five seasons. Points stay with the manager, not the team: a replacement owner starts at zero.
