The Toilet Bowl winner gets a comp pick at the end of Round 3 (Constitution 5.1.1).

The comp pick started with the 2026 rookie draft. Sleeper can't give one, so the commissioner pauses after round 3, assigns the player outside the draft room, and adds it here.
